This black amethyst bowl was produced by L.E. Smith and has lived in my private collection. In low light it appears almost obsidian. Under light, the deep violet reveals itself – subtle, restrained, intentional.

The three-footed base lifts it slightly, giving it presence without excess. It is well suited for scrying, holding ritual ash, charcoal embers, or small offerings. It was never meant to be hurried.

Use it slowly. Use it with respect.
